Hamburg based industrial trading house C. ILLIES & Co. acquires Ferrostaal (Thailand) Co. Ltd.

Mr. C. Michael Illies, President of C. ILLIES & Co. GmbH & Co. KG and Dr. John Benjamin Schroeder, President of FERROSTAAL Trading GmbH jointly announced the purchase of 100% of shares in Ferrostaal (Thailand) Co. Ltd. by ILLIES, effective immediately. The company will continue to serve clients in the graphic arts industry, packaging and food processing in Thailand under the name C. ILLIES (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Ferrostaal Thailand Co. Ltd is a subsidiary of Ferrostaal Equipment Solutions GmbH and thus part of the worldwide operating FERROSTAAL GROUP of companies, with its headquarters based in Hamburg and Essen (Germany).

Ferrostaal Equipment Solutions took over the international printing activities of Intergrafica Print & Pack in 2016, a formerly leading and manufacturer-independent sales and service partner for single machines and machine lines in the graphic art and packaging sector.
