We cordially invite you to join our webinar with Matthias Stepan, head of the public policy program at Mercator Institute for China Studies (MERICS), who will provide an overview of the main changes of the most decisive restructuring of China’s state apparatus in decades – such as the establishment of the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR). He will introduce the focal points of the legislative plans for the upcoming five years and give his assessments on how the novelties might affect foreign businesses’ operations in China.
