OAV Young Leaders: "Evolution of the SAP Go-To-Market Model with focus on Employee Experience"

We cordially invite you to our OAV Young Leaders Event on the Evolution of the SAP HR Go-To-Market Model scheduled for Tuesday, 9 May 2023 from 11:00 to 12:00 CEST.

The event will be moderated by Daniel Grüner, People Initiatives Partner at SAP Japan and Young Leader Liaison Lead in Tokyo. We are happy to announce that Miriam Lopez,HR Director SAP Asia Pacific Japan + Greater China, and Shweta Mohanty,HR Director SAP India, will be joining our event.

In order to support SAP’s Cloud transformation, the HR function needs to transform, too. In 2022 the organisation set out on an evolution to become more sustainable and resilient in this fast and everchanging environment to deliver against people priorities. As a consequence, services need to be scalable, standardised and digitised to ensure consistent experiences for all employees, while being able to continuously provide an outstanding people experience and high touch engagement for sensitive cases. We will talk about how we approached this transformation on a global basis as well as on country level.
